Tiktoker priprema čudesna jela na bazi razljevka, izdvojili smo par recepata

OMILJENI razljevak balkanska je verzija jorkširskog pudinga, a pravi se tako da se od jaja, brašna, mlijeka i malo soli napravi smjesa koja se zatim ispeče u protvanu na zagrijanoj masti. 

Ovo je jelo, osim kod nas, popularno i u ostatku svijeta - u Americi se naziva Dutch baby ili njemačka palačinka, u Ujedinjenom Kraljevstvu to je jorkširski puding, a sada ga je još više popularizirao tiktoker koji od ovog jela radi sve što vam padne na pamet.

Tiktoker Russell Clamp priprema razna jela na bazi razljevka - prvo takvo jelo koje je pripremio bilo je s dimljenim lososom i prikupilo je preko pet milijuna pregleda, a evo kakva je još neobična jela napravio.

Pizza-razljevak

Jedno od prvih ovakvih jela koja je napravio je ovaj neobični pizza-razljevak za koji vam ne treba više od 25 minuta, a važno je da tavu dobro zagrijete u pećnici te u blenderu izmiksate sastojke za razljevak - brašno, mlijeko i jaja. Na tavici zatim otopite maslac, ulijte smjesu za razljevak i pospite ju nasjeckanim svježim bosiljkom i estragonom, češnjakom, parmezanom i malo soli.

I give to you the burrata, Parma ham and sundried tomato savoury Dutch baby. This is the second in what's turning out to be a series. How many more do I have in me? These babies are good for Christmas morning breakfast, boxing day breakfast/lunch/dinner or New Year's Day when you need something quick, easy and delicious. When don't you need that, honestly? Recipe 4 eggs 180g milk 90g plain flour 1/4 tsp salt 80g butter 20g parmesan cheese 15g fresh basil & tarragon 1 garlic clove - Preheat your oven to 230°C (445°F) and place your cast iron pan on the middle shelf. Make sure there's enough space above it for your Dutch Baby to expand. - In a stick blender jug add the eggs, flour, milk & salt. Blend until smooth and aerated. This can also be done in a stand up blender. - Leave the mixture to stand whilst the oven comes up to temperature. The closer the mix is to room temp, the better rise you'll get in the finished product. - Grate the parmesan, chop the herbs fine and mince the garlic. Transfer to a bowl. I like to add a pinch of salt to this mixture also (although I forgot it in the video). - When you're ready to go, remove the pan from the oven and add the butter. Let it bubble and melt down completely. Then pour your batter mix into the pan. - Scatter the cheese and herb mix over the top and return to the oven for 15 minutes. Do not open the oven during this time. To serve 3 tbsp of your favourite sundried tomato pesto/paste 200g Parma ham 1 ball of burrata 2 tsp fresh basil 1/4 tsp Maldon salt Freshly ground black pepper - Make nests with the ham and scatter around. - Break up the burrata by hand and arrange around the hand. I like to top with some more of the ham so it's not all cheese visually. - Top with fresh basil leaves, olive oil if you want, salt and black pepper.

Pecite 15 minuta na 230 stupnjeva, a kada se ispeče, premažite ga pestom od suhih rajčica, dodajte pršut ili neku drugu salamu po želji, malo burrate ili nekog drugog sira te par listova svježeg bosiljka.

Cezar salata

Još jedna neobična kombinacija je ova u kojoj je tiktoker kombinirao razljevak i Cezar salatu. Prvo je napravio smjesu za razljevak, a zatim prepekao slaninu i pileća prsa, a razljevak je ispekao kao i na prethodnom videu, kada je radio pizza-razljevak.

4 eggs (at room temperature) 180g milk (at room temperature) 90g plain flour 1/4 tsp salt 30g butter 20g parmesan cheese 15g fresh parsley 1 garlic clove 6 rashers streaky bacon 2 skin-on chicken breasts or boneless skin-on thighs 1. Preheat the oven to 230°C 2. In a stick blender jug add the eggs, flour, milk & salt. Blend until smooth and aerated. This can also be done in a stand up blender. 3. Leave the mixture to stand whilst the oven comes up to temperature. The closer the mix is to room temp, the better rise you'll get in the finished product. 4. Cook the bacon in an oven safe pan on low to render out the fat. One cooked transfer to a plate or tray. 5. Pat the chicken dry and season all over. Fry the chicken skin side down in the bacon fat until it's nicely browned. 6. Put the pan with the chicken skin side up in the oven for 5 minutes. 7. Probe the chicken to check it's 67°C or above. Leave to rest and it will get to over 70°C 8. Put the pan in the oven. 9. Grate the parmesan, chop the herbs fine and mince the garlic. Transfer to a bowl. I like to add a pinch of salt to this mixture also. 10. When you're ready to go, remove the pan from the oven and add the butter. Let it bubble and melt down completely. Then pour your batter mix into the pan. 11. Slice the chicken and add skin side up to the centre of the pan. 12. Scatter the cheese and herb mix over the top and return to the oven for 15 minutes. Do not open the oven during this time. 4 anchovy fillets in oil, drained 3 cloves garlic 75ml olive oil 2 egg yolks 1 tbsp dijon mustard 1 tsp lemon juice 1/2 tsp salt 15g parmesan 1/2 tsp black pepper 2 heads baby gem/romaine lettuce - Mince the anchovies, garlic and pinch of salt into a paste. Move to a bowl. - Add the egg yolks to a bowl along with the Dijon mustard, lemon juicer and remaining salt. - Whisk all ingredients. - Whilst continuing to whisk, add the olive oil to make a mayo. To serve - Remove the Dutch baby from the oven, slice the chicken and add to the centre. Return to the oven to warm up for 3 minutes. - Dress the leaves in some of the dressings. - Remove the Dutch Baby from the oven. - Arrange the leaves around the outside of the chicken. - Slice the bacon and top the chicken and lettuce. - Drizzle more dressing on the chicken. - Grind black pepper and grate more parmesan on top.

Na gotovi razljevak zatim je stavio piletinu, salatu i slaninu te je sve prelio dresingom od češnjaka, inćuna, soli, žumanjaka, senfa, limunovog soka, maslinovog ulja i ribanog parmezana.

Engleski doručak

Kombinacija razljevka i engleskog doručka još je jedno neobično jelo koje je ovaj tiktoker napravio, a na pečeni razljevak ovog je puta stavio narezane kobasice, slaninu, gljive, rajčicu, kečap i smeđi umak te jaje na oko - sastojke tipične za tradicionalni engleski doručak.

Sausages Back bacon Grilled/fried tomatoes Mushrooms fried with butter Fried eggs Ketchup Brown sauce - Preheat your oven to 230°C (445°F) and place your oven safe pan on the middle shelf. Make sure there's enough space above it for your Dutch Baby to expand. - In a stick blender jug add the eggs, flour, milk & salt. Blend until smooth and aerated. This can also be done in a stand up blender. - Leave the mixture to stand whilst the oven comes up to temperature. The closer the mix is to room temp, the better rise you'll get in the finished product. - This batter does really well in the fridge overnight if you want to make it the day before. Just make sure you leave it out to get up to room temp before cooking. - Grate the cheddar, chop the herbs and mince the garlic. Transfer to a bowl. I like to add a pinch of salt to this mixture also. - When you're ready to go, remove the pan from the oven and add the butter. Let it bubble and melt down completely. Then pour your batter mix into the pan. - Scatter the cheese and herb mix over the top and return to the oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Do not open the oven during this time.
