Zero waste lekcija: Nemojte bacati kore od banane, ovako ih iskoristite

SIGURNO vam se nebrojeno puta desilo - pojedete bananu ili ju iskoristite za neki desert, a njezinu koru jednostavno bacite u smeće, jer što biste drugo mogli učiniti s njom? No, u duhu zero waste koncepta, kako biste smanjili nepotreban otpad u kuhinji, kore od banane možete iskoristiti na brdo načina, a mi znamo jedan dobar.

Na TikToku smo pronašli super trik iza kojeg stoji Talijan Alessandro Vitale, koji iz dana u dan dijeli videa o tome kako maksimalno iskoristiti svaku namirnicu u kuhinji, kako se ne bi stvarao nepotreban otpad. Sada su na red došle i kore od banana.

Preljev od kora od banane

Ovaj Talijan pokazao je kako od nekoliko kora napraviti super preljev, koji možete koristiti za prelijevanje palačinki, nekog drugog deserta ili, idealno, kruha od banane, a za pripremu ovog preljeva trebat će vam:

  • 3 kore od banane
  • 400 g šećera
  • 170 ml vrhnja za šlag
  • 1 žlica ekstrakta vanilije
  • 1 žličica maslaca od kikirikija.

Prepare the Bananas: * Wash the bananas thoroughly. * Cut off the head and bottom parts. * Poke through each banana with a stick and cook them directly on the coals until the peels are soft and blackened. * Allow the bananas to cool slightly, then blend them (with peels) until smooth. 2. Mix Wet Ingredients: * In a large bowl, combine the blended bananas, sugar or sweetener, plant-based milk, vanilla extract, and oil. 3. Mix Dry Ingredients: * In a separate bowl, mix the flours,baking soda, and salt. 4. Combine Ingredients: * Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. * Fold in any optional mix-ins (nuts, dried fruit, vegan chocolate chips). 5. Prepare the Skillet: * Pour the batter into the bread mould * Place it inside the skillet on top ofa grill that fits in the skillet so that the bottom won’t burn and cover with the lid 6. Banane dobro operite, a zatim ih ogulite pa s kore odrežite peteljku i donji dio. Koru nasjeckajte na sitno i usitnite u blenderu pa ju prebacite u tavu. Dodajte šećer, vrhnje za šlag, maslac od kikirikija i ekstrakt vanilije pa kuhajte na laganoj vatri dok ne posmeđi, uz neprestano miješanje.

Nakon toga se bacite na pripremu sočnog banana kruha (ovdje pronađite provjereno dobar recept), a nakon što se ispeče i ohladi, narežite ga na šnite i svaku šnitu prelijte preljevom od banane, preko kojega možete dodati još nekoliko kriški banane ili neko drugo voće po želji, poput jagoda.
