MONTENEGRO and Serbia on Wednesday restored air travel links which were suspended on 26 May when Belgrade banned the landing of Montenegro Airlines planes at Serbian airports in response to Montenegro's ban on arrivals of Serbian citizens given the epidemiological situation at the time.

On Wednesday morning, airplanes of the Montenegrin flag carrier flew to Belgrade, while Air Serbia planes restored their service from Belgrade to the Montenegrin capital of Podgorica and to the coastal city of Tivat.

Those two national flag carriers have the monopoly in providing air transport services between Podogorica and Belgrade and Tivat and Belgrade.

The fares for those services are about €100.
